Osnovana u maju 2022. godine, “Reful” je Nevladina organizacija čiji je cilj djelovanja očuvanje tradicije jadranske rekreativne nautike.
Razvoj rekreativne i turističke nautike, a živjeći na prostoru na kome se odvija četvrtina svjetskog prometa, uvidjeli smo potrebu očuvanja tradicije ove jedinstvene djelatnosti.
Želimo da sačuvamo sjećanje na ljude, brodove i njihova putovanja; približimo rekreativnu i turističku nautiku različitim generacijama i napravimo sponu u prenošenju iskustava; podstaknemo mlade na bavljenje jedriličarskim i sportovima na vodi; povežemo obrazovne i naučne institucije sa zahtjevima modernog boravka na moru.
