Q: Do I need a passport?

A: You are obligated to have a valid passport to enter Montenegro. Details of entering Montenegro can be found HERE.

If your charter takes place in several countries, you are obligated to complete the procedures for entering those countries.

Q: What currency is used?

A: Montenegro uses Euro (€).

Credit cards are widely accepted, but frequently can be a minimal amount that can be charged. ATM provides Euros. Please check for the corresponding banks where ATM fees are the lowest. Check for the best bank rates.

Q: Does the boat offer air conditioning?

A: “Kli-Kli” does not have air conditioning yet.

Q: Will I get sea-sick?

A: There is always the possibility of getting seasick on a boat. However, as a general rule, the waters of the Adriatic sea are relatively calm during the summer period. If you are concerned, bring over-the-counter medication such as Bonine or Dramamine. 

Sea-Bands also work well for many people. If you know you are prone to seasickness, get a prescription for the patch from your doctor.

Q: Is there internet on the boat?

A: Sailboat “Kli-Kli” is equipped with Wi-Fi onboard, and it’s free of charge.

Q: What is the bathroom/shower situation on board?

A: V-berth has a private head (bathroom) and shower. Guests of the stern cabins use shared head.  We also provide an outdoor freshwater shower on the swim platform. You can find the full boat floor plan HERE

Q: Is there access to a washer and dryer?

A: “Kli-Kli” does not have laundry facilities on board. Please read our Packing instruction page

Q: Do we need to bring our own snorkel/diving gear?

A: All snorkeling and dive gear is provided. Please read our Packing instruction page

Q: Is fishing available onboard?

A: Yes, fishing is available, and we have nice fishing gear onboard. We will help you by providing a Fishing license for Montenegro.

Q: Is the itinerary set

A: Itineraries are made to give you the best of your time aboard. But if you want something personalized, we will be very glad to custom tailor a trip for you

Q: Is there a daily menu onboard?

A: Yes, we have a Food and beverage menu. Please make us aware of every person’s dietary needs. The menu will be created specifically for your group, taking into account any food allergies, needs, or likes and dislikes.

Q: Do I need to bring bed sheets and towels?

A: We provide all your bed linens, bath, and beach towels. Please find details on our Packing instruction page

Q: What types of shoes will I need?

A: While onboard, we are usually barefoot, but there are some good information on what to pack HERE

Q: What kind of electrical outlets are on board?

“Kli-Kli” use 24V DC car accessory socket and 240V 50 Hz (cycle) AC shucko sockets.

Q: Is there a gratuity included in the charter fee?  How much should I plan on?

A: Crew gratuities are not included in your charter fee and are very much appreciated. These are always left to the charter guests’ discretion, based on excellent service.  Gratuities may be paid with cash or check.
